Fire Recue Victoria (FRV) responded to Keys Rd, Moorabbin shortly before 4am this morning, after callers to Triple Zero (000) reported a factory fire.
Firefighters arrived to find multiple cars on fire in the front yard of a panel repair business.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus worked quickly with hoselines to stop the fire spreading to the main building at the address.
No injuries have been reported.
The fire was declared under control at 4.34am, approximately 30 minutes after FRV arrived on scene.
The fire has been deemed as suspicious was handed to Victoria Police for investigation.
