Proposed CTA Agreement

Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) and union bargaining representatives have reached agreement on the terms of a proposed enterprise agreement known as the Fire Rescue Victoria, Corporate, Technical and Administrative Agreement 2026 (proposed CTA Agreement).

The proposed CTA Agreement establishes the employment terms and conditions for the employees it covers (eligible employees). The Explanatory Memorandum outlines and summarises the proposed changes made in the proposed CTA Agreement as compared to the terms of the current agreements.

Eligible employees will have the opportunity to review the proposed CTA Agreement, Explanatory Memorandum and other relevant documents during the access period. Following this, they will be invited to vote on whether to approve the proposed CTA Agreement.
