More than 20 firefighters are on scene in Brighton where a boat has erupted in flames.
Crews were called to the address in Oxford Street just before 1.15pm following multiple reports of smoke and explosions.
Firefighters arrived to find a boat parked in the driveway of a home ablaze, with flames spreading to the house and a garage and threatening neighbouring properties.
Crews conducted a search of the property but luckily no one was hurt in the incident.
Firefighters used aerial appliances to quickly contain the fire and stop it from spreading further.
The incident was declared under control by about 1.45pm
