Crews fight grassfire in Keilor

Firefighters are responding to an incident in Keilor following a call to Triple Zero (000) just before 2 pm on Thursday afternoon.

FRV crews arrived to the McNabs Road scene to find a 100 metre x 100 metre grassfire which had caught on to two storage containers.

Firefighters attacked the flames with the incident declared under control at 2:38 pm.

Crews are remaining on scene to ensure the fire is fully extinguished.

The incident is being treated as suspicious with Victoria Police attending the scene
