Crews tackle house fire in Delahey

At 5.36PM, Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) was called to an incident at Shakespeare Drive, Delahey, following multiple calls to Triple Zero (000).

Firefighters arrived on scene within five minutes and found a single-storey brick house in flames, with the fire threatening neighbouring properties.

Crews conducted an aggressive attack in breathing apparatus to contain the fire. 

FRV remains on scene to extinguish and overhaul the property.

The cause of the fire is yet to be determined.
