While en route crews were informed that the fire, which had started in the backyard, had already began to fully engulf the first floor of the two storey timber townhouse within minutes.
Arriving in under five minutes at 11:57am crews immediately began to attack the fire from the front and rear of the property. The scene was brought the scene under control within 15 minutes.
All occupants had self-extricated by the time firefighters arrived and were placed into the care of Ambulance Victoria paramedics upon their arrival.
Five Pumpers, one Rescue and a Teleboom were supported by one specialist vehicle alongside CFA appliances.
Fire Investigators are on scene to determine cause.
