FRV crews arrived to Lusher Road in four minutes and found a single storey brick house fully involved in fire.

FRV and CFA firefighters worked together at the scene to attack the blaze externally and knock down the fire.

One person escaped from the house, but sadly Victoria Police has confirmed that the body of a man was found inside the house.

It took firefighters approximately 35 minutes to bring the blaze under control.

The exact cause of the fire not yet known, but will be investigated.
