Suspicious building fire in Reservoir

Initial crews arrived at Radford Road within seven minutes to find a single story brick and timber building involved in the fire.

Firefighters made entry into the property and conducted a search to ensure there was no one inside the building.

FRV crews used an internal attack to knock down the flames and contain the fire.

At the height of the incident there were seven firefighting appliances at the scene, along with three additional units working to extinguish the blaze.

The fire was declared under control 30 minutes after crews arrived at the scene.

The fire is believed to be suspicious and will be investigated by Victoria Police.
