FRV firefighters responded to a fire in Melbourne CBD in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Crews were called to the Lonsdale Street address shortly after 12am and arrived on scene within four minutes to find a building engulfed in flames.
More than 50 FRV firefighters attacked the blaze, bringing it under control within 90 minutes.
FRV will be on scene for several hours extinguishing the fire and containing water runoff.
Victoria Police and Ambulance Victoria are also on scene.
