More than 25 firefighters responded to a factory fire in Mordialloc on Tuesday morning.
Crews arrived at the De Havilland Road scene shortly after 6.35am, where they found a fire 20 metres by 50 metres in size.
Wearing breathing apparatus, crews forced entry into the building, finding racks of wooden pellets on fire.
Crews worked quickly to attack the fire, bringing it under control within 35 minutes.
Crews remain on scene to fully extinguish all remaining hot spots.
Victoria Police is also on scene.
