More than 30 FRV firefighters responded to a unit fire in Altona Meadows on Monday evening.
FRV crews were called to the Talbot Street incident at 5:20pm after a caller to Triple Zero (000) reported the fire.
Firefighters arrived on scene in four minutes to find a unit well alight.
Crews attacked the blaze, bringing the fire under control in under 30 minutes.
Firefighters prevented the spread of the fire to adjoining properties and worked to extinguish the fire.
Victoria Police also attended the scene.
