FRV crews arrived on scene within six minutes to find a steady flow of water leaking from a 100ml water pipe on the first floor of a Docklands building.

Five appliances, one command unit and a specialist heavy rescue unit responded to the scene, where firefighters were able to isolate the water supply and stop the leak.

The incident was declared under control 30 minutes after firefighters arrived on scene.

FRV crews worked to remove the excess water that accumulated on the first floor and ground floor, to make the scene safe and minimise the impact on businesses in the building.
