At 1.53AM, Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) responded to an incident after callers to Triple Zero (000) reported a car and house on fire in Fraser Rise.
The response was escalated to a 2nd Alarm as fire engulfed the two-storey house and a car parked in the driveway sending smoke across the suburb.
All occupants had safely evacuated to the rear yard. Ambulance Victoria was also on scene assessing the evacuees.
FRV crews donned breathing apparatus and attacked the fire internally as well as preventing any fire spread to neighbouring properties.
The fire was deemed Under Control by 2.37AM.
Power and Gas companies were on scene assisting FRV with service isolations. FRV has consulted with Victoria Police and the fire is being treated as suspicious.
