More than 20 FRV firefighters responded to a factory fire in Deer Park on Monday morning.
Multiple callers reported the fire to Triple Zero (000) shortly before 5.25am.
Crews arrived on scene within two minutes, where they found flames and smoke issuing from the the 20m x 40m factory.
Crews immediately escalated the response.
Wearing breathing apparatus, crews entered the building, where they found three cars on fire.
Crews worked quickly to attack the fire, bringing it under control within 35 minutes.
The factory was unoccupied at the time of the incident.
Specialist fire investigators and Victoria Police are attending the scene to help determine the cause of the fire.
Ambulance Victoria also attended the incident.
