Thirty FRV firefighters successfully prevented a house fire from spreading to a neighbouring property on Thursday afternoon.
A caller to Triple Zero (000) reported smoke issuing from the house just before 12.30pm.
Crews arrived at the Europa Bend scene within five minutes.
Upon arrival, crews found a double-storey brick house well alight, with flames coming through the roof.
Crews immediately escalated the response.
Wearing breathing apparatus, crews entered the property to attack it internally, and used aerial appliances to attack it from above.
Firefighters protected a neighbouring property from heat and smoke exposure by using high-pressure hose lines.
Firefighters brought the fire under control just before 1.25pm.
All occupants of the property have been accounted for.
Victoria Police, Ambulance Victoria and a gas company also attended the scene.
