FRV crews were called to the Robinsons Road incident just after 4:10pm, after multiple callers to Triple Zero (000) reported a cement mixer had rolled on the Western Freeway.
Firefighters arrived on scene to find the truck had rolled onto an on-ramp of the freeway.
They called for Hamzat crews to attend as a precaution, and worked to make the scene safe.
FRV crews declared the scene under control seven minutes after they first arrived.
One person was transferred into the care of Ambulance Victoria paramedics.
FRV also worked with Victoria Police and VicRoads at the scene.
