When crews arrived on scene just six minutes after dispatch they found the top storey of the home on Chateau Crt well alight and the roof collapsing.
The fire required the assistance of aerial appliances including a teleboom to prevent the fire from spreading to surrounding properties.
More than 20 firefighters worked to bring the incident under control in 30 minutes.
All residents self-evacuated prior to FRV’s arrival and there are no injuries.
