Around 30 firefighters have battled a house fire in Meadow Heights.
Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) responded to a call for smoke issuing from a garage just after 7 o'clock this morning.
FRV crews arrived on scene to find a single-story brick veneer house involved in fire.
Firefighters conducted an internal attack to knock back the blaze and confirmed no one was inside the house.
The cause of the fire has been determined to be electrical.
A Council Building Surveyor was requested to attend.
