FRV firefighters spent the early hours of the morning battling a fire in Armadale.
Crews were called to the two-storey home in Sutherland Road just before 3am and arrived within seven minutes to find flames through the roof and thick smoke emanating from the property.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus worked quickly to bring the fire under control within 30minutes.
Ambulance Victoria treated a number of patients and police assisted with evacuations.
At this stage, it appears all residents are accounted for.
