Statement regarding PFAS and vegetable consumption at fire stations

FRV makes no apologies for continuing to prioritise the safety of our employees.

Some FRV fire stations previously had garden beds that were used by firefighters to grow produce.

This local practice was driven by individual station staff and no longer occurs.
