Technical issues with FRV IT systems

In the early hours of this morning, FRV became alerted to an IT outage impacting across our network, including emergency dispatch, internet, intranet and the phone system.

Upon being alerted to this issue, we immediately enacted our emergency protocols to ensure our response arrangements were not impacted: 

Crews and fire trucks are continuing to be deployed in response to incidents and community safety has not been compromised. 

We will provide further information as it becomes available. 

The community should continue to call Triple Zero (000) in an emergency.
