FRV firefighters attended a unit fire in Cheltenham overnight.
Crews were called to the address in Warrigal Road just before 4.30am following multiple Triple Zero (000) calls.
Firefighters arrived within five minutes and were able to bring the fire under control in 30 minutes.
Victoria Police is investigating the incident.
