Approximately 16 firefighters including specialist Urban Search and Rescue crews responded to an incident in Keilor Downs on Thursday evening.
FRV crews were called to Willys Avenue at 5:27pm after callers to Triple Zero (000) reported a car had crashed into trees and then a house.
Firefighters arrived on scene in one minute and are working make the scene safe.
Fortunately the occupant of the house evacuated safely.
One person was transferred into the care of Ambulance Victoria paramedics.
FRV crews are working alongside council building surveyors, as well as Victoria Police and SES.
